The assembly instructions are as follows: Step 1: Put the tube in the hole. Step 2: Put the round gasket close on the bottom of the base. Step 3: Insert the wrench into the top of the screw to secure it, then put the screw through the base gasket and turn it clockwise until it is tightened. Step 4: Put the umbrella pole into the tube and then tighten the screw.
